Maxi Services Ltd is a specialist building and cleaning / restoration company with particular expertise in fire and flood reinstatement. Maxi Services has over 15 years experience in these fields assisting insurance companies with reinstatements of everything from multi level buildings to shops and houses, we can handle anything.

We have two stores for convenience of storage located in Lower Hutt and the Kapiti Coast. Both offer secure storage, drying facilities, decontamination and ozone (odour) treatment facilities. Carpet, contents, furniture and electrical restoration as well as redecoration are all taken care of by our own experienced staff to maximise recovery, and reduce replacement costs and disruption to our clients.

Over many years, we have built a team of carpet technicians, builders, decoraters and cleaning / restoration technicians who specialise in all aspects of fire, flood, malicious and general damage restoration.
